We currently accept worldwide orders. Our preferred shipping method is registered air mail and it works well - all our Customers are satisfied. Shipping cost vary depending on order volume. Average order shipping cost is US $8.00 -  $16.00

All orders are shipped same or next business day after order authorization. Delivery time is 10 -14 days worldwide.

You may like to contact your nearest post office if you do not receive the mail after waiting for a reasonable length of time as it might have been held in the post office if unclaimed during the initial delivery.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Products are returnable at customer's expense. Customer is paying actual shipping cost for replacement items. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  15% restocking fee will be charged on items returned / exchanged.

All returns should be neatly boxed, in new condition and include a return memo indicating date or purchase, order number and reason for return.

In case if customer has received damaged merchandise we will ship replacement item at our cost, restocking fee is not applicable in this case.

Contact info@exoticleather.biz and request a Return Authorization form via E-mail. Complete the form and return the form and the unique product item to the return address on the form. Return shipping is your responsibility.

Exchanges, swaps, or returns for credit will not be handled unless we receive the request for a Return Authorization form within 15 days after you receive the merchandise.
